Terms and Conditions

All reservations must be guaranteed using a valid credit card at the time of booking.



We ask that reservations are cancelled no less than 7 days prior to the stay. We will do our best to re-sell the rooms for cancellations after that period, but if we are unsuccessful, we will have to charge you the full fee.

Your room will be cleaned and ready for you after 3pm on the day of your arrival, and should be vacated not later than 10am on the day of your departure.

We kindly ask that the room is left in a reasonable state. If the property is not left in a reasonable state we reserve the right to charge an additional £25 to cover extra cleaning costs.

Any damage to the property or contents will be charged for. General wear and tear is accepted and will not be charged for.

Dogs are not accepted.
