We like to offer regulars and new visitors a variety of interesting entertainment. Here are just some of the events we are currently hosting:
Open Mic Nights
1st Thursday of the month from 7pm
Anyone is welcome and there’s a free drink for anyone who performs.
Come and be entertained and support some of our best local talent.
Sunday Sessions
Last Sunday of the month from 5pm
On the last Sunday of the month we throw a little party. These are always different and so far we’ve had folk nights, reggae nights, Morris dancers, live bands, DJs and more. There is no charge for entry, just come and have a boogie. We normally have the pizza oven on and offer our homemade sourdough pizzas for these events.
Red Tooth Poker League
Every Thursday from 6:45pm
We have recently been crowned the best pub team in the southwest. Our poker league is a points-based series. No cash is involved and there is no charge for playing. It’s a great group of people who enjoy learning and teaching together. Newcomers welcome.
Plenty of Salmon
Every Second Friday of the Month
On the second Friday of the month we host something a little different. Upstairs, in our function room, we serve two banquet tables for individual diners to eat together. Whether you are single, or alone for the evening, and want some company for dinner, this event is for you. Get to meet other interesting people, enjoy new conversations and a tasty meal together.
